LEM #20/#22 STAINLESS STEEL GRINDER PLATES

These grinder plates are made to LEM’s stringent standards for hardness and quality. The grinder plates are hubless so they can be used on both sides. Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance.

3mm Plates are perfect for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs and jerky! Each plate is 3-1/4 inches in diameter and has 3mm (1/8 in) plate holes.

4.5mm Plates are great for the Second Grind, Coarse Hamburger and Regular Sausage like Breakfast, Polish or German. Each plate is 3-1/4 inches in diameter and has 4.5mm (3/16 in) plate holes.

6mm Plate is great for coarse sausages such as Summer, Salami, Pepperoni and Snack Sticks. Each plate is 3-1/4 inches in diameter and has 6mm (1/4 in) plate holes.

10mm Plate is ideal for the First Grind, Chili, Chorizo and Linguisa. Each plate is 3-1/4 inches in diameter and has 10mm (3/8 in) plate holes.

12mm Plate is perfect for the First Grind, Coarse Chili and Stew Meats. Each plate is 3-1/4 inches in diameter and has 12mm (1/2 in) plate holes.
