At Good2GoCo Shop, we stand behind the quality of every emergency radio, 30-Day food supply, axe, and piece of outdoor gear we sell. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

1. Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food Products: All food items, including 30 Day Buckets, Backpacking Meals, and products from Augason Farms and Alpineaire, are non-returnable due to perishability and safety regulations.
  • Opened Health & Safety Items: Opened Air Purifiers and similar health-related products cannot be returned.

Please choose carefully when ordering these items. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

5. Refund Process

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

6. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you via your chosen shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping).
