Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

- Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 – Shipped via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Food Products: This includes emergency food supplies like 30 Day Buckets, Backpacking Meals, and all products from brands like Augason Farms and Alpineaire due to their perishable nature and safety regulations.
- Opened Health & Safety Items: Any Air Purifiers or similar health-related products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Refund Process
- Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive and process your return, we will ship the new item to you via your chosen shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping).
