Suitable for all pruning tasks,the SILKY Accel 21 has long been a favorite choice for arborists and gardeners. A rubberized pistol-grip handle and super-hardened teeth as well as a taper-ground blade and a hard chrome finish round out the attributes of this ferocious little pruner. The blade is also capable of locking in 2 positions: one for regular cutting and one for flush cutting and those difficult to reach places. Also available in a finer tooth model with which the blades are interchangeable. Made in Japan.
